Description:Magnesia hercynite brick is a new generation of large-scale rotary kiln firing zone with chromium-free alkaline refractory material, they have the characteristics of high compressive strength, good thermal shock stability, good thermal creep resistance, resistance to erosion and penetration, and high load softening temperature. At the same time, they are also easier than direct combination of magnesia chrome bricks. the use of iron oxide in magnesium oxide solid melting characteristics using patented hercynite as a raw material, which have better kiln coating effect.Features:
• The better synthetic purity and activity of self-developed sintered hercynite than fused hercynite's
• Outstanding formation of uniform and stable coating
• Excellent thermal shock stability through the precipitation of spinel in the crystal
• Low thermal conductivity, the outside temperature of kiln shell is between 230~280ºC

Q1 : Do you provide free samples?
A1 : Yes, free samples are available, generlly speaking, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.
Q2 : How can you control your quality?
A2 : For each production processing, LZR have complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties. After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be shipped along with goods.
Q3 : What is your lead time?
A3 : Delivery Time: (1) Peak time(Nov 1st-Feb 15th next year) Within 60 days from the date of receiving the advance payment (2) Normal time (Feb 16th-Oct 31th) Within 30 days from the date of receiving the advance payment

A4 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.
