How To Get All The Great Songs Of Khvarena In Genshin Impact

Oct 05, 2023

After helping Sorush get the Chaplet she eagerly wanted, you'll have to find some Great Songs of Khvarena to get to the next part.

Genshin Impact is notorious for having the World Quests unlock some secret areas, and this is no different for the areas released in Version 3.6. You can get the Khvarena of Good and Evil quest as soon as you enter Gavireh Lajavard through the path to the south, and it'll introduce you to a Pari called Sorush.

You're tasked with removing the Signs of Apaosha from the sky, but you'll first have to save two Pari called Mihir and Rashnu. Once that is done, you can start the As The Khvarena's Light Shows quest by talking to Zurvan, the first Pari.

When you talk to Zurvan after saving both Mihir and Rashnu, she'll mention that she still can't give you the Chaplet. Sorush will have to pray to the gods, and she'll be given the Chaplet if she's acknowledged by them. This cutscene will lead to Sorush getting a beautiful crown on top of her head.

Zurvan will also mention that your next task is to find the Great Songs of Khvarena, which is what this quest is all about. After the dialogue ends, head to the blue marker nearby. Follow the marker to a pool below where Sorush will bring the first Great Song out of it. You can acquire the song by switching to Sorush and using your Skill near it.

Upon claiming the first song, the quest will ask you to head over to Nasejuna. He'll tell you the locations of the other three songs, and you'll get a quest for each of them. To get the Samudaya song, teleport to the Waypoint north of Vourukasha Oasis and enter the same cave where you found one of the Korybantes.

In the cave that was filled with water, you'll find a path blocked by a yellow aura, as shown above. Use Sorush's skill near the path to clear it and go inside. You'll be able to find this song chilling in the room.

To find this great song, teleport to the Waypoint southwest of Tunigi Hollow. Follow the path to the right until you reach the blue marker. Head into the cave and you'll see a bunch of giant Dark Crystals. Ignore the crystals and enter the way at the bottom past them.

You'll find some small Hydro Slimes in the narrow passage, but you can completely ignore them and move forward into the path.

You'll find the Dukkha Great Song on the left side on a slight slope. Claim it with Sorush and move on to the fourth song, which is the hardest to acquire.

Teleport to the Waypoint marked above and keep going down until you reach the blue marker. You'll see another giant path blocked by a yellow aura that'll be cleared by Sorush automatically once you get close. Follow the path down and unlock the Waypoint on your way. You'll see an entrance at the bottom.

There will be a mechanism beside the door that'll have three buttons you can rotate. After the dialogue, get the following sequence into the mechanism:

Circle

Symbol Required

Top Circle

The symbol that looks like the letter "E" facing upward

Middle Circle

Square with a dot in the middle

Bottom Circle

Triangle with a dot in the middle

Enter the ruins and talk to Nasejuna near the giant battery. After the dialogue, you'll see two closed doors and one path, as shown above, apart from the path where you entered from. Enter the door in the open path and it'll close behind you. You'll see some frozen Rifthounds and a blocked mechanism near the next door.

Go to the path near the Rifthounds that is leading downward and you'll find a floating Khvarena there. Follow this Khvarena until it unlocks the mechanism, but it will also remove the Crystals blocking the enemies and you'll have to defeat them. Activate the mechanism and you'll see a yellow aura in the next room.

After getting the Energy Block, you'll see another door to your left with a similar mechanism as the start. The floating Khvarena will rotate around the room, and the Crystals on the wall behind the mechanism will go away when it gets there. This will reveal the symbols you need to use to unlock the door.

Keep following the Khvarena and defeat the two Ruin Guards on your way. Your floating buddy will unlock the next mechanism, which will take you back to Nasejuna. He'll let you install the Energy Block into the device, which will start the current in the ruins. This current can be seen in the strips going along the ground.

Get back to the place where you defeated two Ruin Guards to trigger the next cutscene, where Sorush will gain a new ability.

After the dialogue, rotate the pillar in front of you once and the door to the left below some stairs will open.

Follow the new path and you'll enter a giant room with many pillars inside. Look to your right and you'll see a Seelie floating near a caged door. There'll also be another Seelie near the ladders to the left of the room. Follow both of these Seelie and you'll find the two Khvarena that you can pick up.

Bring the two Khvarena to the main room and place them between the two pillars blocked by Gray Crystals. Four pillars are blocked by the crystals, and you'll be able to unlock two of them with each Khvarena.

When the current starts flowing, turn the pillar shown above to the left side first so you can unlock the first caged door, which will have an Exquisite Chest inside. After getting the chest, turn the same pillar to the right side and keep rotating pillars until you reach a place where the current gets divided.

Go to the left of the division near the second caged door. Turn the pillar near the door to the mechanism marked in the picture above. This will open the door, and you can turn the same pillar so that it faces inside the door. Finish creating both paths to meet the pillar at the end of the room.

Head back through the path that you took to come into this room, and the door at the bottom of the stairs will be unlocked. This will reveal the Proving Ground. Before heading inside, make sure you select the best team compositions for the most damage output.

After the cutscene in the Proving Ground, you'll have to dodge the first laser by going behind the machine in the middle. After that, you'll have to fight two Ruin Guards. Once they're defeated, two lasers will start charging at you. Sorush will make a shield on the battlefield after a second, and you can go under it to prevent damage.

Finish multiple waves of enemies and laser damage to prove that you're capable to get to the next part. Now, you'll have to use the cannon in the middle of the field to destroy the core in front.

Hit the yellow sphere moving around the giant circle. After taking some damage, it'll generate a shield that'll have three spheres at its edges. Hit the spheres and keep hitting the main one until it's destroyed completely. Make your way to the button on the platform ahead and open the door.

You'll find a Luxurious Chest and the required song on your way inside. Claim the fourth song and meet Nasejuna while you're heading back.

To get to the ruins and find the final song, head to the Iniquitous Baptist and follow the path down to the right of the boss arena. Get close to the blue marker and Nasejuna will open the way forward for you. Enter the area and unlock the Waypoint down below. Unlock the next path blocked by a yellow aura and keep going down.

As you follow the blue marker, you'll reach another core that will allow you to enter the ruins. You'll find another Waypoint as you go inside the main area, and there'll also be three giant mechanisms covered with Gray Crystal. Before doing anything else, make sure you trigger the dialogue in this room.

You can start solving the puzzle without activating the dialogue, but you won't be able to progress far and it might even get bugged.

After the dialogue, pick up the Khvarena and place it near the mechanism shown above. This will activate the current from this mechanism, and you have to take this current to the door on the left side of this room. Follow the current and move the small pillar to the end of this trail. Now, turn it toward the door and it'll open.

In the next room, you'll find a Seelie in the middle that will lead you to another Khvarena. Defeat a few Hilichurls to go down. Here, activate the mechanism shown above and the water will go down. Take the Khvarena and follow the new path created by lowering the water to get to the main room.

Place the second Khvarena on the mechanism shown above and turn the pillar beside it to face the second door that you need to unlock. Head over to the other pillar and rotate it twice to face the second door as well. This will unlock the door and you can head inside to get the third Khvarena.

Follow the path until you reach the forge and defeat a few Ruin Guards and Graders here. This will unlock a Precious Chest and a new path. Take the Khvarena and follow the Seelie nearby to get back to the main room. Once all three mechanisms are activated, use the pillars to guide the current to all three cannons in the middle.

Activate the Anemo pillar at the end of this room to get to the higher level. Here, you'll see a yellow aura beside a mechanism that can be used to rotate three symbols on the giant mechanism in the middle. As shown above, you'll see a slate nearby that will display the required combination.

Put the right combination in the middle part and take the Elevator down. You'll have to fight a bunch of Ruin enemies on your way before you can claim the final song. Once the final song is yours, Nasejuna will show his true colors and you'll have to defeat an Abyss Lector to finish the quest.
